"This changes everything.
My fate. My planet's fate.....my son's fate." a man says
just as the screen shows his face. His face looks a lot like Son
Goku's except he has a scar along his the left side of his face
and he has a bandana. The screen then fills with the sight of
Freezer pointing his finger at the Saiya-jin planet. The narrator
says that the man in the first scene was Son Goku's father, Bardock.
Bardock stands poised to attack. He charges a ball of energy in
his right hand. He chucks that energy at Freezer and Freezer throws
his which becomes a massive ball as it absorbs Bardock's attack.
The energy ball hits Bardock. Then the hits the planet.
Inside a spaceship are three warriors watching the the Saiya-jin
planet as it nears destruction. One of them notices a capsule
on the monitor and gets a close up on whats inside. Its a Saiya-jin
baby. Then a voice is hear, "Leave it alone." The three
warriors bow down. "This is Freezer's area let him handle
it. He has a lot to learn." Then the planet explodes.
Goku is training himself by parting
the sea at the Kame House by using the KameHameHa. Kamesennin
tells him that that's enough training for one day, then thinks
to himself that Goku has become a lot stronger since coming back
from Nameck.
Goku's house, Gohan is stuck inside doing math problems, as usual.
Chichi is surprised to see the Haiya Dragon pop up by the window,
then she tells Haiya Dragon to go away. Then Goku tells Haiya
Dragon to leave Gohan alone so he can do his studying. Chi-chi
is shocked that Goku wants Gohan to study, and then she gets it
into her head that Goku is dying. As Goku walks into the kitchen,
Chi-chi attempts to embrace Goku, but Goku moves out of the way
at the last second, and she flops on the floor hitting the table
on the way down. Then Goku yells for Gohan to hurry up and finish
as he puts on a back pack. Chi-chi can't believe that she was
worried for her husband. Then she notices Oolong and Krillin standing
in the doorway and realizes they're coming along too.
Chi-chi gets right up in Goku's face and yells out, "What's
more important? Camping or Studying?"
"Well that's obvious, isn't it?"says Goku. Chi-chi smiles
and nods her head. "Camping, of course!"
Chi-chi flops onto the floor.
On a deserted planet, Cooler and his henchmen have just received
news that Freezer has been killed....by a Saiya-jin from Earth,
no less. Cooler doesn't believe that this is possible....unless
it was a Super Saiya-jin! He orders his men to head straight for
Earth and destroy it and every last Saiya-jin... like we did this
planet!"
In the forest, the three campers, along with the Haiya Dragon,
are casually building a fire. Krillin tells Gohan to get some
fire wood. So Gohan goes out, lifts a huge log and breaks into
many pieces of fire wood.
Goku is out fishing and he catches a huge fish and says, "
This should be enough even for Oolong." Then three figures
zoom across the screen and Goku is ready for a fight. Then a stranger
comes up from behind and drops Krillin. Gohan is dropped as well,
while one of the warriors holds his tail and wonders if this is
the Saiy-jin that killed Freezer.
The warrior says, "So this little runt is Super Saiya-jin."
Another warrior interjects, "He has a class 50 power rating."
But Goku comes up from the lake. The big warrior askes, "Who
are you?"
Goku says," I am Son Goku. Let Gohan go."
But one of them says , "Son Goku?" and he hops up,"
so your the one who bested Freezer." Then another one says
that Goku has a low power level. The blonde haired warrior says
that Goku's power must go during battle.
"WE ARE COOLER'S ARMORED SQUADRON!" they announce, as
they perform a team pose and leap skyward. Goku flies up to fight
them, and doesn't have much trouble. Goku tries to get them to
hit each other and it works for a bit. Then Cooler arrives. "F-Freezer?"
Goku stammers. Cooler sees Gohan flying through the air, so he
yells, "Death to all Saiya-jins!" and shoots a laser
from his eyes. "GOHAN!" Goku rushes up to save his son,
and takes the blast right through the back! He tumbles toward
the river, holding his son in his arms. Goku spins around a bit
and then shoots at Cooler but Cooler deflects and Goku and Gohan
then hits the river. Goku and Gohan go crashing off a waterfall.
Cooler catches up and lets loose a blast that parted the lake
and left a crater. The henchmen think that Goku is dead, but Cooler
knows better. He orders his three henchmen to search for the Saiya-jins
and kill them on the spot.
Meanwhile, Goku and his son have somehow avoided Cooler's blast,
and are washed up on shore. Gohan wonders if his dad is alive
when he sees the huge wound that Cooler put in Goku.
Elsewhere Haiya Dragon licks Krillin's face to wake him up, and
Oolong is happy that his friend is still alive.
Gohan drags his unconcious dad into the mouth of a cave and Cooler's
henchmen are shooting at the ground destroying everything. From
the shock waves rocks cave them Goku and Gohan in the cave.
Cooler's henchmen are frustrated that the Saiya-jin hasn't been
found, and one of them thinks they should just destroy the planet.
But Cooler comes in, and says,"I could just destroy this
planet, and all the Saiya-jin with it, but I have my pride."
He tells them to keep looking tirelessly until they find the Saiya-jin.
They bow down to his command.
Krillin, Haiya Dragon, and Oolong are searching for their two
friends, and Haiya Dragon motions them over to a pile of rocks.
Krillin calls out Gohan. They suddenly hear a voice from under
the rocks. It's Gohan and Goku. Goku tells Krillin to help the
wounded animals. Haiya Dragon saves a bear, however, after Oolong
frees a rabbit from under a rock pile, he causes an avalanche.
Krillin saves his friend by blasting a rock headed straight for
him. This makes one of the warriors scouter beep, and he heads
toward the scene, but just then, a huge bird flies right by his
head, nearly decapatating him. He immediately figures it was just
that bird and flies away in a different direction.
Krillin is worried that they've been spotted, so Gohan is ordered
to fly to Korin Tower to pick up some Senzu beans. The boy decides
to ride Haiya Dragon, so as not to get caught. They fly off, and
pass right over Cooler's henchmen's head.
It's morning by that time they finally make it to Korin Tower.
Gohan begins to climb up the pole. When he gets up, he asks Korin-sama
for some Senzu beans. Korin refuses to give Gohan the beans unless
he goes back down and climbs ALL the way up. Reluctantly, Gohan
complies. Just then Yajirobe steps in and tosses Gohan a whole
bagful of the beans. The boy thanks him, but Korin argues, saying
that he was trying to teach Gohan a lesson. Finally, Korin lets
him have it. Just as Korin is about to toss a Senzu bean in his
mouth, Yajirobe snatches it away and flicks it to Gohan, saying,
"You might need this one too!" Gohan slips it under
his belt and jumps from the tower, calling for Haiya Dragon, and
they begin to make their way back. Krillin revives Goku, and assures
him that Gohan will return soon.
However, the Haiya Dragon is growing weary and seems ready to
collapse. Gohan sticks a Senzu bean in its mouth and suddenly,
it jumps to warp speed, almost throwing Gohan off. The boy giggles
as they speed through the sky. However, the burst of energy has
alerted the scouters of Cooler's henchmen, and they begin the
chase. They're all very pissed, and one of them shoots the Haiya
Dragon. They beat up on Gohan for a while, until one of them notices
the bag Gohan is clutching tightly. The warrior tries to take
it away, but Gohan refuses. "Fine. I'll just take it from
you when you're DEAD!" the warrior says.
Suddenly the warrior is shot from behind. He turns around and
sees Piccolo. Piccolo orders Gohan to bring the bag of Senzu beans
to Goku, but Cooler's henchmen get pissed and attacks. The Nameck
warps out and appears just above the warriors head and bashes
him into the ground . Then, as he takes on Cooler's other henchmen,
he yells for Gohan to escape. But the warrior recovers and begins
to chase Gohan. Piccolo fires a guided ball or energy at the salamander
like warrior but it misses and starts to chase the warrior that
is chasing Gohan. Piccolo proceeds to fight the other warriors.
At last, Doole turns around to catch the blast and gets fried.
This pisses off Neizu, who powers up, warns his comrade, and shoots
a special blast at Piccolo. The energy from this blast surrounds
the Nameck and slowly drains his life away. Sauza goes after the
kid.
Neizu gets right up in Piccolo's face and says,"You've got
five seconds left. Still think you're so hot?"
"Of course," Piccolo says casually. With that he grabs
Neizu by the head and transfers the energy into Neizu's body,
leaving a charred, blackened figure. Still strong enough to fight,
Piccolo fires two "guided balls" at Sauza, who simply
swats them away. Piccolo starts knocking him around, until the
evil minion ducks into the forest to fight. Piccolo stretches
his arms out to fight Sauza from afar. Then Piccolo gets close
Sauza creates an energy Blade on his hand and tries to slice Piccolo.
Sauza slices Piccolo's shirt and cuts trees down as he tries to
hit Piccolo. Piccolo is cornered and then Sauza attacks but Piccolo
takes Sauza's hand and kicks Sauza into the air. A voice booms
from above. "Sauza! GET THE CHILD!" Piccolo turns around
and gets blasted by Cooler. The blast is the blast that Freezer
did to Piccolo in the episodes.
"F-Freezer?!?" Piccolo wonders as he gets shot more
and more by Cooler.
Meanwhile, Gohan makes it back to his dad, then decides to look
for Haiya Dragon. As the Gohan hands the bag of Senzu beans to
Krillin, it gets blasted and drops to the ground. Sauza is standing
in the mouth of the cave, and announces "So there you are!"
Krillin is pissed, and attacks the minion.
"So...close..." groans the discouraged Goku. Gohan swears,
but just then, he remebers the extra Senzu that Yajirobe gave
him, under his belt. He pops it in Goku's mouth. Krillin tries
to blast Sauza, but gets slammed into the ground. Gohan attacks,
but is dropped as well. At that, Sauza heads for the cave to finish
off Goku. Suddenly, his scouter goes off, Sauza says, " I
didn't feel this in the cave before." The enormous power
goes higher and higher until Sauza's scouter explodes. Goku steps
out and says, "You aren't even worth working up a sweat.
I advise you to go back to were you came from."
Just then he sees Krillin and Gohan collapse on the ground. But
before he has a chance to kick ass, Cooler pops up, holding the
unconcious body of Piccolo.
"The fool thought he could stop us," mocks Sauza, "
This is the price he paid for getting in our way!" Cooler
throws the body at Goku, but before he can catch the Nameck, Cooler
blows Piccolo out of the sky.
Sauza throws a punch at the disheveled Goku. Sauza is surprised
that the punch had no effect.
"DAMN YOU...AND NOW PICCOLO?!?" Goku snarls. Cooler
mocks him saying,"I never knew the Saiya-jin were capable
of being emotional."
"I AM A SAIYA-JIN...BUT I WAS RAISED ON EARTH!!!" Cooler
then says, " So you were the brat in that capsule."
Then Goku powers up so tremendously it blows Sauza into a mountain.
Goku attacks Cooler and starts to win. Then Cooler and Goku go
underwater to fight. Goku fairs well against Cooler then they
surface.
"Now I see how you defeated my brother.." Cooler says.
I can transform into a something my brother couldn't. You should
be proud. You will be the first person to see this transformation...and
the LAST!"
Cooler begins to transform into a huge, ugly version of himself.
This transformation is huge and muscular. Cooler's eyes are also
red.
"He's much stronger than Freezer..." admits Goku.
After the proccess is complete, Cooler assaults Goku and batters
him. Goku gets punched and kicked for awhile and the Kaiyoken
prooves inaffective against Cooler's instantaneous movement. Then
Cooler pounds him into the wall of a mountain. Cooler flies up
into the sky and prepares a blast powerful enough to eradicate
Earth. "I guess the Super Saiya-jin were just a fairy tale,"
mocks Cooler. Cooler raises his hands and he destroys more of
the planet. Goku reflects on seeing Krillin, Gohan, Piccolo, all
brutalized by Cooler. Then he sees a dying bird on the ground,
and apologizes to all for his inability to save the world from
utter destruction. Then the bird dies. Goku gets up. Holding the
dead bird in his hand Goku revives it as he turns into a Super
Saiya-jin. The bird flies off and Cooler is surprised. Goku instantly
grabs Cooler's arm before any more destruction can be done. Cooler
tries to punch Goku, but Goku takes it like nothing and says,
"That's enough! How many planets must you destroy before
you're satisfied?"
Goku unleashes a series of painful blows. As Cooler is still gasping
for air from getting pounded in the stomach, he begins to laugh.
He shoots Goku right in the face. As the smoke clears Cooler has
formed planet-destroying ball. Goku stands ready to deflect, and
when Cooler lets the blast loose, Goku catches it with his bare
hands. However, he cannot withstand the immense power, and begins
to collapse under it. Cooler is pleased. "In one blow, the
end of the planet...and the end of the Saiya-jins!" Goku
hits the ground from the force of the ball, and Cooler is confused
as he sees the ball rise up from the ground and hears, "KA.....ME....HA....ME....HA!!!!!!"
Goku blasts the ball right back at the Cooler, and Cooler is thrown
through space and into the sun. "Shall we shoot it down?"
Cooler reflects one of his minions asking. "Leave it alone.
This is Freezer's area. He has alot to learn."
Cooler then says, " Freezer wasn't the only one who had a
lot to learn!" And all physical traces of him disappear.
The next scene we see that Goku is exhausted. Just then, Gohan
comes running up, calling out, "Daddy!" Krillin, Oolong
and Haiya Dragon show up as well. As they reflect on their victory,
a figure begins to crawl out of a pile of rubble. Gohan thinks
it's Piccolo, and rushes towards it. Sauza pops up! Everyone waits
for Sauza to make his move.
Sauza says, "DIE!!!!"
But before he gets the chance, then a blast that looks much like
Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon comes out of nowhere and drills
right through Sauza, killing him once and for all. Everyone is
releived.
Gohan calls out, " Piccolo san! Piccolo san!".
Piccolo is revealed to be drinking
some water out of a lake, his body thoroughly messed up. He hears
his name being shouted, and just grunts at it
